Sylfaen is delighted to announce plans for its largest development to date, with a major new residential community proposed of 200 new homes for Pontprennau in North East Cardiff.


Located on a strategically positioned 18.73-acre site near Cardiff Gate, the development will deliver 200 high-quality homes, with the potential for up to 300 additional homes in future phases. The scheme represents a significant milestone for Sylfaen as it continues to create sustainable communities across South Wales.


Designed to support a range of housing needs, the development will include a mix of open market sale homes, low-cost home ownership opportunities and affordable housing, helping more people access high-quality homes in one of South Wales' most well-connected locations.
